Common Questions
How will AdZep Pro differ from WordPress + plugins?
WordPress requires you to install, configure, and maintain separate plugins for CRM, booking, chat, and payments. AdZep Pro will be built from the ground up as a single, integrated system. Everything will talk to each other automatically. No plugin conflicts, no updates breaking your site, no juggling five different dashboards.
Will AdZep Pro sync with my calendar (Google/Outlook)?
Yes. AdZep Pro will include 2-way calendar sync with Google Calendar and Outlook. If you have a personal appointment already blocked off, AdZep Pro won't let customers book you during that time. Bookings made through AdZep Pro will appear on your main calendar automatically.
Will the AI receptionist be included, or will it cost extra?
It will be included in your AdZep Pro plan with a monthly conversation limit, designed to cover the needs of a small service business without surprises. If you need more capacity, we'll have options to scale up. We're finalizing the exact limits now.
Will I need a separate Stripe account for payments?
You'll connect your own Stripe account. Stripe doesn't charge a monthly fee, only a small percentage per transaction (typically 2.9% + 30¢). AdZep Pro will handle the integration so you can generate payment links in seconds without ever logging into a separate dashboard.
Will I be able to export my data?
Yes. AdZep Pro will allow you to export your contact list, booking history, and payment records at any time. Your data is always yours.
Will AdZep Pro work without an AdZep website?
Initially, AdZep Pro will be available exclusively to AdZep website customers. The platform is designed to work hand-in-hand with your managed site, so the AI receptionist, booking widget, and contact forms all feed into your CRM automatically. Standalone access may come later.
When will AdZep Pro launch?
