Everything talks to each other automatically, and you never have to worry about plugin conflicts or updates breaking your site.
Yes! ZepOS syncs with Google Calendar and Outlook via 2-way integration. If you have a dentist appointment on your personal calendar, ZepOS won't let customers book you during that time. Your ZepOS bookings also appear on your main calendar automatically.
It's included in your $499/year plan with a monthly conversation limit (typically 50 chats per month). This protects our costs while giving you plenty of capacity for a small service business. If you exceed the limit, we'll contact you about upgrading to a higher tier.
Stripe doesn't charge a monthly fee. They only take a small percentage of each transaction (typically 2.9% + 30¢). ZepOS handles the integration for free—you just connect your Stripe account and start sending payment links.
Yes. You can export your contact list, booking history, and payment records at any time. However, most clients find that once they're using ZepOS, switching back to juggling multiple tools feels like a downgrade.
