Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using AdZep's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

AdZep provides website design, development, hosting, and maintenance services, including:

• Custom website design and development
• Web hosting on Cloudflare infrastructure
• SSL certificates
• Ongoing maintenance and updates
• Email support

Pricing and Payment

Service Plans

AdZep offers the following service plans:

• Starter Plan: $499/year
• 3-Year Plan: $999 for 3 years (paid upfront)

Payment Terms

• Annual plans are billed annually in advance
• 3-year plans are billed as a one-time payment
• All fees are non-refundable once services have been delivered
• Price changes do not affect existing contracts

Free Mockup

AdZep offers a free website mockup to prospective customers. This mockup:

• Is provided at no cost and with no obligation
• Remains the property of AdZep until a service agreement is signed
• May not be used, copied, or reproduced without permission

Included Services

Unlimited Updates

All plans include unlimited text and image updates, subject to:

• Updates are processed within 24-48 hours
• Updates include text changes, image replacements, and minor content adjustments
• Major redesigns or new features may require additional fees
• Updates are implemented during business hours

Hosting and Technical Services

• Website hosting on Cloudflare's CDN
• SSL certificate management
• Performance monitoring
• Security updates
• 99.9% uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance)

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information
• Supplying content and images (or granting permission to use stock photos)
• Timely communication and mockup approval
• Maintaining their domain registration (if applicable)
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

Intellectual Property

Client Content

You retain all rights to content you provide (text, images, logos, etc.).

Website Code and Design

AdZep retains ownership of the website code, design, and structure as part of our managed service. Upon termination of service, we will provide a static export of your site if requested.

Cancellation and Termination

Cancellation by Client

• You may cancel your service at any time
• Annual payments are non-refundable
• Service continues until the end of the current billing period
• Upon cancellation, you may request a static export of your site

Termination by AdZep

We may terminate service if:

• Payment is not received
• Terms of Service are violated
• Website is used for illegal purposes

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdZep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results or rankings from our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AdZep harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
